These terms cover website visits, contact forms, newsletter subscription, account creation, and use of digital products/services.
For purchases, withdrawal, and refunds, the Distance Sales Agreement and Delivery & Refund Terms apply; for personal data, the Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Notice apply.
2. Description of Services
KitMote provides digital resume and personal website services (KitResume), AI gateway and credit-based services (AiKitMote), license management, and related SaaS infrastructure.
Scope, duration, and pricing are stated on relevant product pages and the pricing section.
3. Account and Access
Some services require an account. You are responsible for keeping registration information accurate and up to date.
Do not share credentials with third parties; keep your password secure.
Report suspected unauthorized access promptly to info@kitmote.com.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use the services only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. The following is prohibited:
- Creating or publishing illegal, harmful, misleading, or rights-infringing content
- Unauthorized access, attacks, or excessive load via bots/scrapers
- Abuse of AiKitMote API and credit systems or exceeding quota limits
- Collecting or sharing others’ personal data without permission
- Reverse engineering or unauthorized reproduction for competitive purposes
5. Intellectual Property
Site design, software, brand, logos, theme infrastructure, and documentation belong to KitMote Technologies or licensors and may not be copied without permission.
User-created content (resume text, profile data, etc.) remains yours; you grant us a limited license necessary to provide the service.
6. Subscriptions, Payment, and Billing
For paid services, price, term, and payment terms are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed via PayTR, Iyzico, or designated payment institutions.
Renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the Distance Sales Agreement and Delivery & Refund Terms.
7. Service Changes and Interruptions
We may update features, perform maintenance, or limit access to improve services, ensure security, or meet legal obligations.
Planned maintenance is announced when possible; urgent security actions may occur without prior notice.
8. Suspension and Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms, non-payment, or security risk.
You may close your account; data retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, data loss, or third-party outages.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy, KVKK Disclosure Notice, and Cookie Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes take effect when published on the site; paid services may receive additional notice where required.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply.
For consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
