1. Scope and Legal Basis
These terms apply to digital subscriptions, licenses, and credit-based services purchased via https://kitmote.com.
Withdrawal periods, refund duties, and disclosure rules follow Law No. 6502 Art. 48 and Distance Contracts Regulation Arts. 9–15.
2. Digital Service Delivery
Purchased digital services are performed electronically after payment confirmation.
For KitResume: panel access, license activation, or publishing infrastructure; for AiKitMote: account access and credit allocation are provided after order confirmation.
There is no physical shipping; delivery is completed via email, user panel, or API access.
3. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
For distance contracts concerning service performance, the withdrawal period is 14 (fourteen) days from the day the contract is concluded (Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 9/2).
The consumer may withdraw without giving any reason and without penalty within this period (Law No. 6502 Art. 48/4).
Notice sent within the period to info@kitmote.com or via the panel is sufficient.
4. When Service Is Considered Started
Digital service performance is considered started in the following cases:
- Logging into the KitResume panel, creating content, or starting publish/activation steps
- Submitting domain registration or renewal to a third-party registrar
- Starting API, chat, or agent use after AiKitMote credits are allocated
- The consumer’s express pre-payment consent to performance before the withdrawal period expires
5. Full Refund Conditions (Service Not Started)
Within the withdrawal period and where service performance has not started, panel access is cancelled and the full amount collected is refunded.
Unused KitResume subscription/license fees and unused AiKitMote package fees are refunded in full on this basis.
Upon approval, user panel access is closed and license/credit allocations are revoked.
Important exception: domain fees paid to third-party registrars and actually allocated are excluded from refund. If a domain process has started or completed, only the domain cost is deducted; if no domain process was started, a full refund applies.
6. Refunds After Service Has Started
Where digital service performance began with the consumer’s express consent before expiry of the withdrawal period, withdrawal may not apply under Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/ğ.
No refund applies, to the extent permitted by law, for used license periods, published content, consumed AI credits, or personalized setup.
Subscription termination requests are assessed separately from withdrawal; refunds for unused periods, if any, are calculated per contract and applicable law.
7. Refund Application Process
Withdrawal/refund requests should be sent to info@kitmote.com with name, order/email details, and reason.
KitMote Technologies reviews requests within 3 business days and informs the consumer whether service has started.
Approved refunds are paid within 14 days of receiving withdrawal notice, using the original payment method where possible (Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 11).
8. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain fees allocated or registration completed with third-party registrars
- Consumed AiKitMote credits and used API/agent calls
- Custom setup, integration, or consulting billed separately
- Other services excluded from withdrawal by law and regulation
9. Erroneous Charges and Cancellation
For duplicate charges, wrong amounts, or technical errors, contact info@kitmote.com immediately.
Verified erroneous charges are refunded without delay.
